• LG Sound Bar SN4A does not use the LG ThinQ application. The LG Sound Bar exclusive app lets you set up and control various functions of the LG Sound Bar. ^Daphane

• I use it and no app involved pretty much plug and play. I have an LG TV that recognized it when it was plugged in and turned on.
