The LG 2.1 cu. ft. Smart Over-the-Range Microwave with ExtendaVent®2.0 & EasyClean®, Model # MVEL2137F has one charcoal filter and if it is vented inside, the charcoal filter should be replaced every 6 to 12 months, and more often if necessary. The charcoal filter cannot be cleaned. To order a new charcoal filter, contact an LG Customer Information Center or visit the lg.com website. The Cooktop Light is an incandescent appliance bulb. Yes they're leds and it has a tray that comes out the bottom for larger venting over the range with 4 filters.
