Sorry to hear that what I do is use plenty of fabric softener and a small load.I time the dryer for 60 minutes and I don't think it gets to hot because I noticed the clothes are moistened.I hope it gets better for you.I love my washer and wish you the best with yours.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You are probably drying too long. The key to drying in the ventless dryer is keeping like fabrics together and having enough room to freely tumble; so not so full on the dry. My jeans and towels always come out dry and "pressed". Try pausing the dry cycle to check for sufficient dryness also. Hope this helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Putting less clothes, using the steam cycle, warmer water, fabric softener, gentler wash cycle, are all ways to reduce or prevent wrinkles.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The manual states to only dry 1/2 a load at a time. I had the same problem, so I started taking 1/2 the load and that did the trick. So I wash only, and then remove half the load. Now note, this pretty much takes all day to do one load. We are a two person family and retired so I have the time. I wouldn't use this unit for a family. And you CAN dry only. Check the manual.
