I had to postpone the delivery date to late next week but my understanding is that installation is free, I am not giving up my basement washer/dryer until they die but I thought taking away was also in the price. I would suggest calling the Home/Washer department of Best Buy to be sure I am right. They have been very helpful when I have called.
