Hello there. Thanks for reaching out. For the LG - 2.4 cu. ft. High- Efficiency Stackable Smart Front Load Washer with Steam and Built-In Intelligence model #WM1455HWA will not stack with different brand dryer. Appliance manufactures design their laundry machines to be compatible with each other, and this compatibility extends to stacking possibilities. While there will be some interchangeability in washer and dryer models across the same brand, you will not be able to stack laundry units from two different brands. `Jai.

The washer/dryer has a special bracket with bolt holes at specific location that would allow the dryer to sit on the top of the washer and be securely attached to each other. Other washer dryers may have different type of brackets or may be slightly difference sizes
