In general, the direction in which a washing machine's door opens cannot be changed due to electrical parts in the machine which cannot be moved. ^Daphane
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No....the doors bracket has a prefixed mounting point on the case and mounting point on the door and machine body. Same with the latch. I DO NOT LIKE THIS MACHINE..... very unhappy..... uses hardly any water to only dampen clothing..... I manually add hot water, but then the clothes just float in the machine and don't tumble since the drum paddles are very short...... New "High Efficiency" front loaders are a bad design. There's also no provision to use bleach....already ruined some clothes since it doesn't use enough water to use chlorine bleach. I'm sending this machine back and trying to find a used discontiued "Kenmoore portable top-loader" for my apt, since mine broke and couldn't be fixed...
