Can I use the glide and serve drawer as meat drawer ? null

According to the Owner's Manual, some models have a variable temperature control in the glide and serve drawer. Our model, LFXC22596S, does not. "This drawer can be used for large party trays, deli items and beverages". We use it for packaged meats and cheeses. Have not stored strictly raw meat, but don't see why you couldn't. However note the drawer is not quite 3 1/2" tall, so larger meats won't fit. We love ours and find it has much more room that we envisioned. The door in door case for often used items is a favorite!

Yes, I use it for meat sometimes. It is more spacious than one might think. I am pleased with my purchase.
