“What do I do when the ice maker does not extract the ice cubes? The ice cubes are stucked in the ice maker and when water comes out to refill the ice maker the water just leak to the ice cube storage bin and out to the ice cube dispenser and to the floor.”

If your ENERGY STAR® Qualified 22 cu.ft. Side-by-Side Refrigerator, 33” Width, Under 66” Height, Model # LSXS22423S is producing ice but not dispensing it, that might be due to ice clumping which may result from infrequent use of the ice dispenser over time. You will need to break the ice up with a rubber spatula taking care not to break anything. You'll also want to make sure that the ice chute is not clogged with clumped ice either. To prevent the ice from clumping again, you should dispense at least one glass of cubed ice a day...^IFV
