However, depending on your water quality, you may need to replace it sooner than 6 months if you notice that water dispenser output is reduced or if the size of the ice cubes produced are smaller than normal. The Replace Filter icon turns on to indicate that the filter needs replacing when it becomes clogged with contaminants...^IFV
