For counter depth, this fridge has plenty of room for a family of 3. It is cleverly designed and the ice maker on the door gives extra space on the top shelf. Because of the ice maker's weight, the left door tents to shot hard, so slow it down when you close it. The freezer is on the small side even with the two upper drawers and you have to shop more often if you like frozen meals. The craft ice is awesome! It lasts so much longer in your iced drinks especially coffee. You can program double production through the thinQ app. I do not store milk in the instaview door. It tends to stay a little warmer than the rest of the fridge, understandably. But it is roomy for a lot of drinks and juice pitchers. Over all, if the profile of your fridge is visible and you do not want a massive black side showing, then this fridge is perfect. It is very attractive in black stainless but most of all it is functional, quite and of great quality. Also, the app gives you interesting daily facts about your fridge. For my needs, this was a great purchase.

I have had this refrigerator for a a little over a months now and I LOVE IT! It is worth the money. I purchased counter depth and it fits nicely and looks nice. The craft ice is a nice feature. The unit is quiet, cleans up easily and keeps items inside at a good temperature. The quick access door is very convenient. I hesitated because of the price, but now I am glad I purchased it.

We saw the "knock knock" door at a store and fell in love with the features. Of course, LG is a brand I'd trust so that's another reason to select this one over similar. I love the door and it has more room that I imagined. We needed the counter depth model and fits perfectly! We got the stainless steel and there is a darker one available, but the ss is perfect. The freezer is great as it has the lower compartment, a shelf and the top area, as well. So easy to keep food separated and easily viewed. The water/ice feature is great and it's a taller area so easier to fill bottles. Best Buy had the best price and we LOVE this refrigerator!!!!

I absolutely love this LG refrigerator! It has so many great features. The Kraft ice is an awesome feature. I didn’t think I would use it much, but I’m definitely making good use of it. It also has the options of cubed or crushed ice and has standard measures of ounces for water as well. This is a little smaller than my last refrigerator, which was a Maytag, but I don’t feel like it’s much smaller at all. I still have plenty of room for everything. The door in door feature is my favorite! It’s so convenient to put items you use more frequently with such easy access. I also like the stainless steel inside the refrigerator along with the LED lights. I have plenty of freezer room as well. I like the fact that the ice is stored in the door rather than taking up room on the top shelf like my last refrigerator. The water filter is hidden behind one of the shelves, but easily accessible. Honestly, I can’t find anything wrong with this refrigerator! I’m so happy I made this purchase!

I love my everything about my LG fridge! The counter depth size was a perfect fit in my new kitchen. The design is seamless and elegant. We use the Instaview everyday bc we store our drinks in the front door. It looks very nice when we tap it and see all our drinks. The fridge is quite spacious and holds everything for my family. We love the craft ice for parties and use the regular ice dispenser daily with no issues. Highly recommend!

I’ve had this fridge now for about a month and I can say it’s the best fridge I’ve ever owned. For kids, the instaview is very convenient and accessible for items that are frequently used. It’s super spacious for a counter depth appliance, allowing me to store many gallons of milk plus all kinds of other items I need to keep cold. I have yet to run out of space. The freezer also has a lot of room although I’m not the biggest fan of all of the drawers because it makes it difficult at times to fit some items. When I bought it, I was really looking at it from the point of view of having something that works for my family and I was pleased to notice that it had this craft ice feature. Ironically, I’ve been trying for a couple of years now to make clear ice cubes and supposedly this refrigerator will do it for me. So, I’m really excited about the double icemaker as well especially the ice cubes! It is expensive but well worth the money at this stage of the game. I would highly recommend it.

This fridge is spacious and the door within the door is an added convenience. The craft ice is great for when I'm entertaining guests. Thus far this is the best fridge that I have ever owned.

So we've only had this for 3 days but so far we are loving it. This is our first fridge with a freezer drawer so that will take some getting used to. I've also never had a door in door feature and it's really nice for just getting out milk or OJ. The ice balls are cool but it takes about 12 hours just to make one ball. Sp far so good. I am going to get Geek Squad for this one especially since it was an open box with a dent in the freezer drawer and on the upper left door but it brought the price down by 50% so I can live with that!

So far, so good. Refrigeration is spacious, well lit and quiet. Love the french door-in-door feature. Great for drinks and food to quickly grab without opening the full fridge. Great knock to light feature as well. Sphere ice is cool, but nothing special. Size is smaller than pictured. It could improve by adding measurement of water level while dispensing. Overall, pleasantly happy with the fridge.

We have purchased several LG products so when it came time to buy a refrigerator LG was the obvious choice. We needed a counter depth refrigerator and we were glad to see LG made one with exceptional space with the ice maker in the door which saves some more room. I also love the additional ball-ice maker in the freezer.

I am in love with my fridge! Even though it’s the same capacity as my former side by side fridge-it just feels like it has much more room. The ice makers are so awesome and I love the craft ice! The door in door is my favorite feature and I just grab a nice cold drink without opening the entire fridge. I also like the shelves where I can put different sized containers even large ones like a whole pizza without taking up an entire shelf (on the thin shelf) It’s great and looks so amazing.

Love our new LG counter depth fridge. It has plenty of storage and makes both regular ice and craft ice. It only makes three craft ice at a time but it accumulates quickly never run out. Love it, great purchase and recommend this product.

Love this fridge, but it’s a bit lacking in tall bottle space. It’s also kind of finicky with the ice making. I love that it has regular cubed and crushed ice from the door, but the massive bonus is that it makes big round balls of ice that you retrieve from the freezer. It also makes other shapes. They are so good for drinks and they look beautiful. Despite the couple of annoying aspects, I still think it’s a great fridge.

Just had this delivered yesterday, and so far it has not disappointed. This is the counter-depth model so its a little smaller than the full size model yet imo it still has plenty of room for food storage for the 2 of us. The biggest issue I had was the sheer amount of packaging tape that I had to peel off the insides that kept the shelving doors secure while in transit-- 1st world problems I know. Overall though I think this was a solid purchase.

It took a little getting used to going from a full-size refrigerator to a counter depth model; however we are extremely pleased with our LG. We especially love the door within a door! So handy for frequently used items and the design factor is a real wow! We have to be creative with organizing items on the smaller refrigerator shelves as well as the minimized capacity in the freezer. Fewer trips to Costco in our future!

We Love our new Fridge and having the Small door in the front is So convenient, we keep our most used foods in this part and it makes things so easy . The only thing I didn’t know was my magnets don’t stick to the front of it, but you can stick them to the side .

We love almost everything about this refrigerator. There are two things that could be better. The size of the ice cubes is roughly half that of our old LG refrigerator. As a result they melt quicker than we would like. You can still use the craft ice, but that is not quite the same as regular ice cubes either. The long drawer below the crispers requires both doors be open, we would have preferred they split the drawer in half so it could be accessed with one door open. As for the rest, this is a top notch refrigerator. We have not seen another we would have preferred.

My husband love our new refrigerator. It does take a while to make craft ice. Lots of storage space.

Coolest fridge ever. So modern and sleek and spacious. And now I have ICE BALLS!!!
