“Best Buy website shows small shelf on inner freezer door (10th pic from left on product page). Just bought this unit and I do not see this in my freezer. Does this come with refrigerator? Pic attached.”

Just received this refrigerator and I'm also disappointed in the missing small shelf. I called Best Buy and the representative told me, without much certainty, that he thought this was an optional item. If it's optional either it should not appear in the pics or there should be a disclaimer. Not too happy about this.
