A:AnswerIt’s less than a month old bring it back to Best Buy. I believe after a month you have to deal with the manufacture. I had a Sony that had a problem with the screen two years after I bought it and Sony sent somebody to the house to replace the screen.
A:AnswerS is a "Smart" TV while the D is a "Dumb" (not smart ) TV. It took me awhile to notice the difference.
Look on LGs website and search for the S or D varients to validate this if you care.
