I answered someones question about 12v on this subject I have my raspberry pi 3 hooked up to 12v with a step down from ebay that will take 12v and lower it to 5v and 3 amp witch powers the raspberry pi 3 not sure what voltage the raspberry pi 4b is. the good thing about the step down was the output was a micro usb which is what powers the raspberry pi3. I got my 19v stepup running the 19v tv Check out picture below with the 24" tv in my vw bus.
