- Answer It has a high heat setting but that is probably not enough to heat it as much as it should be to clean really well if you have no hot water to begin with. They even recommend turning on your hot water and getting it good and hot before you turn the machine on.

QuestionCan you please advise on how to use the lower rack as it often falls off the rails. The instructions invite us to pull from the middle, but it still falls off often when loading the plates in the back. Thank you so much!

- Answer I think possibly the installer may not have leveled it correctly. Floors can be slightly uneven and maybe that is causing it. I’d call Best Buy and tell them and they should send someone out to see if it’s properly installed.

QuestionLDFN4542S is NSF certified when "operating on the sanitizing cycle". There is no "Sanitize Cycle". It then states the RINSE CYCLE must get to 150 degrees to sanitize. What options do I select so the Rinse cycle gets to 150 degrees to sanitize the dishes?

- Answer It is 1/2"...."standard" water inlet hose, like the one included in the install kit ($30 I think ?) worked great !
