A:AnswerI can’t answer your questions. I can tell you that my opening is 36 inches wide. I knew that any thing over 33 inches would not fit. My door opens to an open area, therefore, I have no problems with swinging the door open. My existing water line was used but I had to purchase the 6ft. water kit from Best Buy. Due to warranty requirements, they will not install it with the existing hose/kit from your old refrigerator.
