Hi. As you have noted, the LG 27.12 Cu. Ft. Door-in-Door Side-by-Side Refrigerator with SpacePlus Ice System - Stainless Steel, Model # LY27S3240S, has a width of 35 7/8" with the doors closed. The installation clearance spacing for the sides, top and rear of the refrigerator is 2"...^Ivan.
