That, unfortunately, added nearly $400 to the price of our fridge. I'm writing this on Sunday, and it is still NOT INSTALLED. Better believe I'll be negotiating a better price. Now I'm told that it can be installed Tuesday. Pretty danged poor service, I think.

The installation was a horror story on mine but it got done after I had a plumber upgrade the water supply line to code. The installation team would not touch a water supply that was from a self piercing saddle valve.
