A:AnswerIt's NOT surprising that in 5 years, Best Buy has not answered this question. I am a Total member and cannot even reach the store where I ordered my appliances. Once you order, forget it... I called dozens of times and only get connected to the central call center. I was told I would receive a call from the Best Buy where I ordered within 2 hours. No call after 2 hours. Called again. Yet another agent told me it may take longer than 2 hours to receive a call from someone at the Dublin Best Buy. No call. 24 hours later, still waiting. Have called the store so many more times. It's always routed to the central call center. What a joke!
