It's NOT surprising that in 5 years, Best Buy has not answered this question. I am a Total member and cannot even reach the store where I ordered my appliances. Once you order, forget it... I called dozens of times and only get connected to the central call center. I was told I would receive a call from the Best Buy where I ordered within 2 hours. No call after 2 hours. Called again. Yet another agent told me it may take longer than 2 hours to receive a call from someone at the Dublin Best Buy. No call. 24 hours later, still waiting. Have called the store so many more times. It's always routed to the central call center. What a joke!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Sure can. The stuff you can do with the controls on the panel are the same on the app. Also I believe you can still use the smart diagnostic if you call in for support and hold you phone up to the appliance.
