I love my front door Lg refrigerator. The quality is great refrigerator is very quiet. Very very roomy. Easy to clean easy to change the filters. Perfect for my kitchen. The quality of the product It’s great I would recommend it for any family of any size The external temperature is a temperature gage is an excellent. The online monitor of the temperature is wonderful

Love the size of this refrigerator and the look. I looked at MANY refrigerators and left my budget. The size and function is perfect. Love the ice maker/ water dispenser. Cools everything perfectly. Things I do NOT like but can live with. The left door closes loud even if you slowly push it. Not much options to adjust shelves. Ohh!! If you do NOT have double door make sure you have a side sliding glass door to get it in :)

First, the delivery was so smooth. They were professional and respectful of our home and wood floors. We purchased at the end of August and thus far the refrigerator has been a dream. It's very functional and a great design. The ice maker is so great in that it's hidden and there's not any wasted space. Our overflow bin is a another great feature to have in the freezer. The refrigerator and the freezer is so spacious and makes organization very easy. We had an LG years ago and very glad we purchased another.

I’m happy with this purchase so far very nice looking exterior with stainless steel and gray! Plenty of space for all the essentials with bins on the door to easily organize and see everything in a glance! Water& ice dispenser with digital controls on the outer door allows you to control fridge produce and freezer temps easily

Since I had to look for a new Refrigerator there were 2 things that had to function properly design-wise-....1. the ice maker and 2. the freezer drawer. This ice maker design is on point. Completely sealed and does not take up any space in the fridge itself. Has the overflow bin in the bottom and makes ice quickly! We put a water system on our home, so we can now drink the water from the fridge and not be grossed out by the ice we are putting in the drinks. The freezer drawer isn't the best design ever, but it is functional, pulls out all the way and I can stack things in both drawers. I am confident that with LG, i will stay happy with my product. They have great life span and quality customer service. (I am slowly gettin grid of these horrid Samsung products in my home )

Bought this refrigerator to replace an older smaller fridge that was eating up energy. This is definitely an upgrade from our old one with plenty of space inside. Like the fact it has a water/ice dispenser tall enough to accommodate larger cups. So much freezer space that you don't need to jam things in to store items. This thing is a beast!

We needed a new fridge and did our search on line first. Next we went to a couple of stores that had special sales going on and decided that Best Buy gave us the best offer. Our LG 27.9 refrigerator was delivered and installed on the date promised. It has the space we need for our family of 6. It works well and is energy efficient. Water dispenser and ice maker work well and do not use much space inside as they are part of the door. It also has a water filter incorporated. The only "design" flow for us, is that the deli and vegetable drawer is a fridge wide unit. To get some cheese from the drawer you need to open both doors, wasting energy. Would have preferred separate drawers to open only one door when needed. We also find this unit a bit noisy compared to our old Kenmore, but it has many features including WIFI that makes it fun to use. Otherwise, we are very happy with our purchase. I definitively recommend the LG-27.9 as a great appliance to have.

This LG refrigerator has surpassed my expectations with its great performance and sleek design. It is very spacious and its shelves give me many storage options. It looks very modern and its technology capabilities definitely make it stand out in my kitchen.

This refrigerator is everything I wanted and more. Spacious inside, while taking up the same footprint as my old fridge. Flexible areas for veggies and fruit. Ice maker and water on door. It is super quiet. The freezer has so much room!

Enjoying the new refrigerator. Easy to install and to get up and running. Capacity is great with a lot of adjustable shelving. Ice maker and water dispenser works great. Excellent value and quality. More than met expectations.

Really like the layout and interior space with this refrigerator. Adjustable shelves allow me to have more space where I need it. Exterior is so easy to keep clean, no smudges or smears. Definitely need to make sure the water filter is installed correctly, takes some muscle to snap it in but that fixed my water (from dispenser) from tasting like plastic.

Love my new frig. Has great features. I really like the ice maker in the door instead of in the top part of frig. It allows more room i the refrigerator area.

So far very happy with it! Very spacious, I like the collapsible shelf, the ice maker has a small bin but it makes ice quickly and it doesn’t take up much space at all. We just bought a separate bin to hold more ice if needed. The stainless steel finish looks beautiful!

Although I very much like this fridge, there are a couple of things that in hindsight may have altered my decision in purchasing. One of the shelves retracts to store taller things. Unfortunately this takes away an additional shelf. This is the only place inside to put wine, pitchers, etc. I find the space inside seems smaller than the square footage indicates because of this. Also, the long cheese drawer requires both doors to open. I would prefer two drawers which then would allow just one side of the French doors to have to be open. Although not a deal breaker for me, it is louder to run than any other refrigerator I’ve had.

Well I bought an LG because others claimed they made a reliable product, I can now confirm the inaccuracy in that statement. The refrigerator was a bit buggy from the beginning in regard to the energy efficiency features. Despite having turned off that feature it would still somehow activate and randomly change the temperature settings of my refrigerator and freezer which annoyed me to no end so I ultimately blocked the units MAC address from accessing my network which resolved that problem although it also meant I could no longer adjust my refrigerators settings from my phone which I honestly didn't care much about that. The biggest problem came when the compressor failed only a 1 year and 9 months after purchase... I couldn't believe it was happening but after I found myself in this position, I started researching the unit and found this wasn't an isolated incident. Apparently this is common and to the point that LG has been sued for their many faulty units (especially those with linear compressors). I reached out to LG as the compressor has a "10 year manufacturers warranty" but they said it would cost $400 dollars for labor and I believe there was a trip charge for the tech to come out in addition to that. Honestly, I'm not impressed and would not recommend this model or any of their models based on my recent research. Stay away from LG refrigerators was the general consensus from the professionals I've spoken with (they also warned about Samsung as well).

I've only had my new fridge for almost a month now and I am loving it. It has a lot more space in it and seems to work seamlessly. I also received it a day earlier than I was informed by the sales associate.

Had a similar LG model that the compressor went out on after 10 years. I was happy with it, so i bought this one as a replacement. It is basically a newer version of the one I had.

Great looking fridge. Lots of room inside and keeps everything nice and cool. Really like the ice dispenser. Does not take up much room in the door and makes enough ice.

The fridge is good except the right door is damaged and needs to be replaced
