This is my second LG French Door fridge. It is a quality unit, don't get me wrong. But our previous unit had some things this one does not. I prefer the meat/deli drawer that you can access without having to open the main french doors. I prefer the previous layout where the ice used one part of the door system and the water used another. This one you have to press a switch to go between them. I also do miss the outside access see-through door that we had before, but this door IS lighter and it feels like there is more storage where the other system had so much more structure around it. Overall a great unit, I just liked my other one better.

It may be because my last fridge died on me and it was a long road to get this one but I love this one. The ice machine is my favorite feature because I can remove the tray dump it and refill it. Perfect for parties. It is sleek much easier to wipe away fingerprints. The capacity is also great.

We love our new LG refrigerator! I bake professionally and there is plenty of room for chilling three tiered cakes, large containers of cookie dough and cake boxes. The only thing I would change would be to have more divided space in the freezer. It is quiet and keeps foods the perfect temperature.

Bought this in December. Lots of room, temps are perfect in fridge and freezer. Very quiet. We were disappointed in the ice-maker. It literally make only enough ice for about 4 cups of ice at one time. The bin itself is surprisingly small. They give you a plastic bin in the freezer so you can dump ice in it daily to accumulate more. The doors do not shut snuggly without extra attention. They knew this was a problem, so installed an alarm that lets you know it didn't shut completely. You will hear this more than you might think. There's not a lot of door storage and tall items can tip over easilly because the enclosure bins are too low profile. The wi-fi option is something we don't use so can't speak about. Otherwise, it's great.

Although the first refrigerator that was delivered didn't work and all the food spoiled, we love the replacement refrigerator. Great design. Although this refrigerator is only slightly larger than our prior model, it is designed so well that it hold 25% more. It is easy to locate items at a glance.

This frig has more useable space than any we we have owned. This replaces a similar Samsung with dutch doors and and a drawer as well. The drawer was not as useful as we thought it would be. The LG has a superior icemaker and much better temperature control. Much more even throuout.

Large, lots of room especially since the ice maker and storage is in the door however you can store additional ice in the freezer if you wish. Very quite refrigerator and easy to operate from entering the right temp to filling a cup with water or ice. Very happy with this product.

We have had this refrigerator for a little less than a month but are very pleased with all aspects of the operation. It makes ice very quickly and, to our delight the crushed ice works very well. We love the large pull out drawer which makes finding small things very convenient. The pullout large freezer drawer is ample with a smaller drawer above it for smaller items and Has a bin to store ice. We love the led lighting inside which is bright and makes everything very visible. No dark corners. We also laugh at the tinker bell sounds our fridge makes to remind us the Open door has been Either open too long or been forgotten. We have been amazed at the number of people who have commented on the beauty of the black stainless finish. It is gorgeous!! It has actually enhanced and updated the look of our entire kitchen. No complaints and lots of kudos for our new fridge.

This new refrigerator is very quiet and delivers as promised. There is ample room and the various drawers with individual temp control for vegetables, fruit and meat is very nice. There is also sufficient room in the freezer compartment.

Went with the 27.9 cu ft french door model with freezer drawer to replace a 25 cu ft side-by-side. So much better use of space. Picked this fridge over other brands because of the layout. The in-door ice maker is perfectly placed allowing valuable shelf space to be available. We don’t use too much ice on a daily basis so the size was right. Other brands have huge ice makers that just take up too much room so keep that in mind as you compare different models. I would rather have the shelf space. Like the freezer drawers as well compared to the side by side. Easily fit what was in the old one to the new one with room to spare. Our electricity usage has dropped as well. Install was smooth - the 2 guys were quick and friendly. Called about 20 minutes before arrival and took about 15 minutes to get the old fridge out, new one in plus hook up the water line, set the temp and remove all the packing material.

Nice and big. When u first install it, it takes around 10 hours to get cold inside. I thought it was broken at first but just takes time. Very quiet. Only thing I would change, is maybe put a warning on fridge that it takes half a day to get at least a little cold so buyers don’t think it’s broken. Also the surface looks great but scratches if u breath on it!!!! Very mild scratches, its not the metal that scratches, Its the coating on top. the clearcoat they put on the surface is more akin to the clear coat on a car! So any thing that would mark a car with a scratch will do the same on the fridge. My previous fridge looked nearly as good and lasted w no scratches

Very sleek with a lot of space on the inside. The door ice maker is very nice as it opens up the space on the inside and is a lot quieter than are previous one. Very pleased with LG! Installation was quick, professional, and safe!

Like the size. Works well so far but have only had it a month. LG needs to think about it’s users. Markings to change from ice cubes to water to crushed ice are RIDICULOUSLY too small and/or not lit for visibility. Doors either slam shut - right door or is spring loaded - left door that makes you have to double check to make sure it is shut. And lastly when the doors are ajar the audible alarm can barely be heard especially by those with hearing problems. Column of alarm is not adjustable. Purchased from best but. No problem with them. Stupid engineering of product.

I love this refrigerator. It’s spacious and quiet. The ice cubes are little squares which really chill a beverage. This is my first bottom freezer and I was leery, but it’s easy to see everything in there. I’d buy it again.

Quiet motor. Plenty of storage space. Ice maker and water dispenser do not drip. Nothing disappointing about this model. Left door with ice maker carries more weight than the right door and requires a more delicate touch when closing.

I love the fact that is it really easy to see everything in the fridge. The main shelves are adjustable and one side could be higher than the other to accommodate for taller items. The lights are bright and easy to see. Only thing I miss about my side by side is the freezer. Same amount of room just that I have to dig into the drawer to get some of the bigger items out. The slide out drawer makes it a breeze to keep the smaller items organized. Ice maker is also great. For me, at first, it took a whole day to make a batch of ice but now its making ice all the time. Water dispenser also works great. The stainless steel finish is looks great and the fingerprint resistant finish stands up to everyday prints as long as your hands are dry.

I’ve never bought a fridge on clearance but since I’m a Total Tech member and get 24 months warranty I figured why not. I don’t know what LG changed, but this older model fits all my needs and then some. I have so much space in both the fridge (considering the ice maker is in the door) and the bottom freezer. Plus the fingerprint resistance works. My brother always leaves fingerprints everywhere but this does reduce the amount seen so that means cleaning less often.

This is a huge refrigerator! It is perfect even though it is only for two people. Plenty of room for large trays for entertaining or casserole dishes. Big clear, east to clean crisper drawers for fruit and veggies plus separate drawer for cheeses/deli meats etc. Bright led lights to easily see what you have and an adjustable slide shelf so you can stand tall bottles vertically. Love that the water filter and ice are tucked away in the door and do not take up freezer space. Large water glasses fit and are easily filled with a wide push lever. This refrigerator also allows selection of cube or crushed ice on the door. It is sleek and clean and modern. Love it!

This refrigerator is nicely arranged. Lots of space. The little shelves in the door with the ice maker are surprisingly more usable then they first appear. It's quiet.

Absolutely love this refrigerator! I can store longer pans in it than I could in my previous side-by-side. Also love the ice-maker that offers the option of selecting cubed or crushed ice. Even though the ice-maker is smaller than that of some other models and doesn’t produce as much ice for a larger group of people, I like that it’s smaller size doesn’t hog up my storage space inside the refrigerator. I can always go buy a bag of ice if I’m throwing a party or I can empty the ice bin into the provided extra bin and store it up I f I am expecting a larger number of guests. This refrigerator has a modern and sleek look. wonderful product.
