This refrigerator is gorgeous! This is our first refrigerator with french doors and so far we love being able to open the fridge and see everything. Plenty of space in the refrigerator and a really nice size freezer. Water dispenser and ice maker work great! Although the interior ice bin is a little small, its easy to dump the ice into the extra tray in the freezer compartment for more ice. Delivery and installation was a breeze - the delivery team took care to get the fridge inside a tight door without damage.

So far, I am happy with the refrigerator. My previous fridge was a side by side Whirlpool that was 26 cubic feet. This fridge has so much more room! We are a family of 5. I can now fit 6 gallon jugs on a shelf without having to pay them sideways. The freezer is nice. My biggest complaint is the door with the ice maker slams shut from the extra weight of the ice. An adult can shut it gently but my kids tend to slam it. Overall, I am happy though.

This is a great fridge with lots of space. Makes ice quickly and cools pretty quick too. The door dispensors are convenient and easy to use. The door open alarm sounds pretty quick, almost too quick and it is missing a door compartment for your butter/cheeses which we miss having. It has some other great features in the shelf that combines to 1/2 size for taller items and very roomy door bins on one side. The surface really is nice and doesn't show smudges and fingerprints too much.

Have seen a lot of poor reviews on this LG model due to the compressor going out but decided to take my chances with it because the spouse like it. It is quiet, roomie, elegant and easy to operate. Wins: icemaker is on the door allowing more usable space. Not so cones: I wish it had a programmable water dispenser and showed actual temperature inside. Also was on sale with 0% 18mo financing, can't pass that.

So far it is exactly what we wanted in a refrigerator. It’s very spacious and user friendly.Interior lighting is awesome.Very sleek design and modern looks.Allows for organization with ease with extra room galore. Best refrigerator we’ve ever had .We had purchased the kitchen aid with the drawers on the outside 1.5 years ago (left it when we sold the house) and so far we like this one better and it was 2/3 the cost !

This is the first frig/freezer I have purchased in 20+ years. The frig is roomy and very easy to use, especially with the double doors. I have arranged items so that I only have to open one door most of the time. The lower freezer is easy to used with a shelf that opens as the front freezer door opens. Convenient and easy to use. The stainless steel does not show finger prints and other signs of use.

This is a nice quiet, spacious fridge. Love the water dispenser and the quick shut off. My only complaint and the reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the ease of denting the stainless. I think in an effort to cut cost and weight, they went very thin on the stainless and because of this it is prone to denting. We are having the right door and freezer door replaced due to delivery issues of this sort. Other than that it’s a great fridge and keeps accurate and low temps. It is much quieter than the Samsung that we started with and changed out to the LG after a week. Loved the look and build quality of the Samsung but hated the compressor noise. High pitched noise drives me crazy. Overall we are very pleased with this purchase and love the fact that magnets stick to it.

Originally purchased in Oct 2020 but they had to bring 6 fridges over several months to get one without exterior damage. The fridge works great, runs quietly and makes more ice than my last fridge. The shelves and door storage bins are easily adjustable and there is lots of room for various sized items. The exterior black stainless color is beautiful and does not show fingerprints.

I wanted a fridge less that 70' high (cabinet issues) with french doors and ice and water in the door. This one fit the bill and I've had it for about 3 weeks. I'm happy with this fridge. I was concerned about the in-door ice maker, specifically whether it keeps the ice cold enough. It does. I drink my soda with plenty of ice and it doesn't melt quickly. Others have commented that the left door is heavy and tends to slam shut. That's true, but both of us have been trained, so it's no longer a problem. Downsides: 1. The bins in the doors are not adjustable and cannot accommodate our (really) tall wine bottles. However, the deep one can hold 6 half gallon milk etc. containers. For now, I've used the half-slide shelf to help with the wine bottle problem, but am looking for a wine bottle holder that will accommodate 1.5 liter bottles on their side, as it will use the space more effectively. 2. The filtered water tastes bad. Our patience has almost run out. I have new filters of a different brand to try if things don't improve soon. This would be an easy fix for LG, and I'm tired of hearing their excuses.

This is a stylish professional-looking refrigerator. The inside is roomy and they made good use of space in the design. This has more room in it than the multi-drawer pieces. This is because there is more area to place your items. This also accents the kitchen because of its size. You want to have something nice in your kitchen.

This is the best refrigerator I have ever owned. It has tremendous room, and the ice maker is great. It is also very quiet and doesn't make any noise. The freezer is big and holds the cold temperature very well. All my friends and family love it too. I would highly recommend this refrigerator to my friends and family. You won't be disappointed if you purchase this refrigerator.

I previously had a Samsung fridge and loved it for the most part. When looking for a new fridge I wanted something that worked better for my family and would last wear and tear from having kids. So I didn’t want ice in the bottom freezer or water inside because when it was summer days when everyone wanted ice they were non stop opening the bottom drawer and my handle broke off. And when someone wanted water they were constantly opening the refrigerator. I knew these were things I had to change when getting a new fridge. I also looked at capacity inside for space, I didn’t want the ice maker in the fridge I wanted it in the door so it wouldn’t take up shelf space I need. This fridge checked all the boxes. You have to see what works best for your family and how your gonna use the functionality of the fridge. It’s not about the fancy whistles or knocking glasses.

During the pandemic, it's been difficult to get electronic items, for whatever reason. I needed a new Refrigerator and I used all this time to do some research. I LOVE my new refrigerator! They were able to deliver it within 2 days!! I feel like I have so much more room, especially compared to my Leaky, not keeping items cold enough, SAMSUNG French door 10 year old one. Yes, I "could" have had the repair person out to put a new sensor in, to fix the temperature issue, but it was also rusting. crazy! The ice maker, located in the door, gives you much more room in the main part of the refrigerator and the shelves on the other door are so deep, I have yet to fill them up! I have the black stainless steel ( think gun metal color) is really nice, and my husband has yet to leave fingerprints on it LOL, the front does not hold magnets, so the front always looks neat and clean ( my hubby does use magnets on the sides for all his "stuff" which limits him, but in my opinion, that's fine :-) Setting up the wifi was easy enough, hoping I don't need to use it for diagnostics , but nice that it has that ability. And the men who delivered and installed it were great!

Great refrigerator and lots of room. I like the way it illuminates the whole fridge equally. The configuration of shelves and drawers keeps my refrigerator organized. I love the flat pull out shelf on the bottom. It is the width of the fridge and makes it easy to see what is inside. I have to lay down taller items because height of the shelves are an issue. It looks like the shelves are adjustable but if I adjust it that would make the other shelf super slim. The ice cubes are very small. If your container is small, when you get ice, pieces fly everywhere. You have to hold your container to all the way to the mouth of the ice release to prevent shards of ice flying. The water spout is forward so you have to make sure your container is in the right spot or you will have a mess. With my last fridge I could get ice water without looking and no mess. The freezer is spacious and has a pull out drawer. This drawer is fully functional where it slides all the way in when you need access to the bottom drawers.

Lots of space! Ice maker inside door gives more space on shelves. Super easy to empty for extra ice, bin in freezer. My only complaint is that door seems to slam shut because it is heavier when full.

Our entire experience with Best Buy was very positive - from researching different refrigerator models, to making the purchase, to the delivery and setup. Best Buy really went above and beyond. We wanted a model with an ice maker and water dispenser on the front, so this one met our needs from the LG brand. The stainless steel finish with fingerprint- and smudge-resistant finish really does work - even water marks don't show up on the refrigerator. Plenty of space in the doors for condiments and beverages at the ready; the french door style makes it possible to fit large pizza boxes both in the refrigerator and in the freezer.

We've been using the LG refrigerator for about a month now. The refrigerator is SUPER quiet...in fact, the only sounds we hear are when ice cubes drop or if we leave a door open for too long (notification bell rings to alert you). The internal layout is different from our prior refrigerator (non LG), so it does take some time to get readjusted to where items are located due to drawer/shelf positioning. The ice cube maker is located inside the left door making it heavier than the right. When closing the left door, it can get away from you so you need to be a bit careful. While only using this refrigerator for a month, the internal temperature for refrigerator and freezer sections are great. The only complaint, which is minor, is the size/layout of the freezer section. It doesn't seem as spacious as we originally thought. This is a small complaint though.

This new fridge makes my kitchen look modern and it hold all the food we need and use on a daily basis. Everything is easily accessible with lots of room for storage and organization. It also has a very quiet operation and keeps food at optimum temperature.

Old GE fridge died finally. Can’t be happier with the upgrade. Ample storage, compact ice maker allows more storage, shelf adjustment functions, clean look and good fingerprint resistance. Highly recommend.

This is a nice fridge. Very large and runs well. No really big issues, but a few minor grievances. There is no shelf that is tall enough to hold a bottle of juice (other than the door shelves) without adjusting the inside shelves and then making the the shelf below or above useless. The shelves are missing one or two additional adjustment notches. The doors don't shut particularly easy, either. There's a tone to let you know when the doors are open too long, but they should close on their own more easily. Also you have to push twice to switch from ice to water through the door, and the water doesn't get as cold as the temp the fridge is set to. It's cool, just not cold. All very minor things that keep this unit from being perfect, but overall a wonderful option and, so far, seems like a quality built appliance. Would definitely recommend, especially for the money.
