I love the refrigerator and the service to the deliverer was in time

I like the fridge. Freezer section is deep and well designed. Don’t like half shelves.

Great refrigerator, the only thing is it not all black stainless steel.

Is just some amazing, we have all the space we need, we love it:)

have bought this refrigerator November 2020. Now the water is leaking from the dispenser area and freezer is not working. The sad part is the customer service from LG. Horrible. Never ever buy an LG product. I am without a freezer since last 3 days and all items in the freezer is damaged. LG want 10 days just someone to come and look at it. I am very much disappointed

Not able to connect to WiFi. I also purchased an LG range and d/w and rhose connected fine. Temperature is not consistent. Middle shelf on the left freezes things. I turned up to 40 from 37 hoping that would help. Nope. I have had just over 30 days. I'd return this if I could.

Very disappointed in BestBuy! Sold us a damaged refrigerator but put a sticker over the 3 huge dents so we would not see them until we had the item installed and the old refrigerator was gone. Will never buy from them again!

There are just 2 of us and we upgraded from an old 21 cu.ft. to a newer, larger 28 cu.ft. So, a quantum leap better. This has plenty of versatile room for an even larger family. Since we buy a lot of fruits and vegetables we were looking for more space for produce. I wanted stainless steel, my wife wanted white. If I had really understood the issue with fingerprints, smudges, and streaks I would have preferred a gray/slate color. This will require more daily effort to keep the surface looking good, but it is doable. The Freezer Drawer closes easily with a light push; the Refrigerator Doors require a definite effort to close. Although you will be notified that the door is left open since the system has a built-in Pavlov training system. The system has a versatile Drawer in the upper unit that you can control the temperature, depending on what you want to store there (i.e., meat, deli, produce.) the problem is that you will need to open BOTH upper doors to access the drawer. I would rather have a 4-Door/Drawer system with a convertible upper Drawer instead of the 3-Door we bought. The biggest downside for us is that there is really no more room for Produce than we had before. But, we will be creative and we will make it work. Still, I would recommend this with the caveat that you fully understand the features and limitations with regard to your needs.

This refrigerator is a replacement for another brand which had many problems. So far it has proven to be problem free and worked great from the day it was installed. It is quiet and due to the compact ice maker has lots of space inside. The stainless steel does not attract finger prints and overall it appears to be well thought out and engineered. If you are looking for a quiet, roomy, attractively designed refrigerator I would recommend this model.

So far, we are happy with our refrigerator (have only had it for a few weeks). Also we were very pleased with the customer service from Best Buy. We chose this one over others because we liked the configuration and amount of storage room in both the refrigerator and freezer, and also the in-door ice maker. The split shelf that slides back is also great to allow you to place very tall bottles in the refrigerator. The only issue that we have found so far is that the two French doors must be closed carefully - you can't just let the doors go with a gentle push and expect them to close well. The door with the ice maker closes rather hard and loudly if you just let it go (and the bottles on the shelves rattle). The door on the right must be pushed all the way closed with your hand, although it is not hard to do - it just won't close all the way unless you push it - closing in a manner opposite to the door on the left. We were told that there is nothing to adjust to change this. Since every other feature of the refrigerator is what we wanted, and the refrigerator came quickly as promised, this door issue is not a deal breaker. You just have to train yourself to close each door "mindfully" with your hand on the handle.

Enjoying the fridge, we've now had it for about a month and really do like the oversized water in the door to refill our keurig and large water bottles like hydroflasks. My only negative thus far is the one large deli drawer. We use it for cheese, cream cheese etc and it's fine but it does get a little old to have to open both doors to access the wider drawer. Not the end of the world. The size of the fridge is great. I can go shopping and it's never overfilled and holds all our food for our family easily and the size of the ice is really nice too. Not super large chunks that get stuck together. Cleaning the exterior has been really easy too. No fingerprints and easy to wipe up. Overall it's a great fridge. Our second LG, first French door LG lasted us 15 years and was a winner, hoping the same for this one.

It does the job, keeps food cold and makes ice. Good size inside. Our biggest frustration with this fridge is that it gives off a loud buzzing noise while its compressor is running, which for some reason is the majority of the day. It's loud enough to be annoying 15 feet away in our living room while watching a movie. We had an LG technician take a look at it and he said, and I quote, "that's normal man, that's a $2000 paperweight". He said the buzzing is caused by LG's poorly designed compressor and said it will fail within a couple of years. He even mentioned there being a number of class-action lawsuits around the country due to this compressor failing. He recommended never buying an appliance from a TV company, makes sense. Here's hoping ours doesn't fail in the next year or two!

I am very pleased with my LG refrigerator. It is quiet, maintains set temperatures in the fridge and freezer and has more than adequate shelf and bin space. I love the fact that it remains fingerprint free. No need to polish the fridge. I just wish the ice cubes were larger. They melt very quickly.

We really like this refrigerator. Occassionally the middle flap between the doors doesn't fold in properly. Usually happens if the left door is closed to hard. You may have to tighten the nut at the bottom of the left door to raise the door. This helped significantly with the issue, but not completely fixed. We were concerned when we purchased with the size of the ice maker compartment, but since owning for about a month we have not ran out of ice one single time. After product arrived we noticed the freezer drawer was broken. I immediately call best buy and they informed me they could not replace the drawer and they would have to order a completely new refrigerator. It took 1 month for the replacment to arrive. I had to empty out everything, move furniture, and schedule day off. When geek squad arrived they informed me they could just replace the drawer. It would be extremely helpful if customer service could explain and coordinate with the customer and delivery team these types of issues so it would make it easier on everyone. Overall we love the product.

I was left without a refrigerator/freezer when my Samsung died. Having hated the refrigerator for 5 of the 6 yrs I owned it, I was looking for something other than a Samsung. Unfortunately, I'm sure due to COVID, available replacements were hard to find. This model LG had the options I wanted, above average Consumer Reports rating, and was available for quick installation. I bought it on a Wednesday and it was installed on Friday. So far I love it. The ice maker is in the door giving me lots of extra space on the top shelf. It runs quiet and so far I haven't had any trouble with the ice machine. The reason I gave it 5 starts was due to installation and service by Best Buy and LG. The installer didn't tighten the handle on the lower freezer door properly. It came off. I could not get down on the floor and didn't have the tools to fix it myself. Since I bought it 10 days before and it was still under factory warranty, Best Buy referred me to LG to fix it. Not sure my extended warranty is going to be worth the money, since I had to do all the follow up instead of Best Buy providing proper customer service and setting repair up for me. When I finally got through to LG customer service they told me they didn't have a repair team in my area. I live in St. Louis so I'm surprised there isn't anyone in my area. 5 days later I received an email that a service tech would come the following week. I had had it repaired by my brother by then so didn't need the service any longer.

Great space even with the icemaker in the door. Not bulky. Didn't lose door space. Nice slide shelf feature. The layout is better than other refrigerators with comporable cubic footage. This was important for me. Mechanically no problems so far. Was concerned because it was not the "traditional or older brand ". Decided to try it because a friend has one , a bit more fancy and greater chance for glitches but its been over a year and so far so good so im thinking i should have the same grear experience. So this 4.5 star overall in the reviews is pretty accurate in my opinion. I rated 4 in quality because im sure there is always room for quality improvement.

This fridge is beautiful! It is large and the retractable shelf is a nice feature. I love that the ice maker is compact and does not take up any shelf space as some other fridge models have. The freezer is huge. Got best buy to deliver and install the fridge and they were amazing. Arrived on time, installed the fridge quickly, and went above and beyond to remove the front door off the hinges to get the fridge to fit through my door without scratching it or the fridge. The only thing I will say is that it isn't completely fingerprint proof, but it is easy to clean. Overall, I highly recommend this item!

Chose this unit over several other brands for functionality and size. Offers the fingerprint-resistant stainless steel finish. Very quiet and keeps the food cold. We owned an older version of this unit and LG has improved on the few things that we found to be less than optimal, e.g. ice maker now on door vs. in the freezer. In addition, this unit runs almost silently. The older model made a fair amount of noise during defrost and while making ice. This model has eliminated those annoying characteristics. And, the top doors appear to have been improved so that they open independently and are easier to pull open. LG has improved upon the older model.

This refrigerator is gorgeous! This is our first refrigerator with french doors and so far we love being able to open the fridge and see everything. Plenty of space in the refrigerator and a really nice size freezer. Water dispenser and ice maker work great! Although the interior ice bin is a little small, its easy to dump the ice into the extra tray in the freezer compartment for more ice. Delivery and installation was a breeze - the delivery team took care to get the fridge inside a tight door without damage.
