Yes you can download Discovery but I am not sure about Hallmark using wifi services, most or all smart tv's have wifi capabilities. I suggest searching for the Hallmark channel app due to that I do not watch Hallmark

I don’t know why it couldn’t if you have wifi.  We downloaded a few tv apps like netflix and hbo something and worked fine on our boat.  The screen is excellent and viewable at an angle too.

Yes this 27” LG TV can do that. Connects very easily to wi-fi. I am no wiz and I could do it by myself.
