• Yes you can download Discovery but I am not sure about Hallmark using wifi services, most or all smart tv's have wifi capabilities. I suggest searching for the Hallmark channel app due to that I do not watch Hallmark

• I don’t know why it couldn’t if you have wifi. We downloaded a few tv apps like netflix and hbo something and worked fine on our boat. The screen is excellent and viewable at an angle too.

• Yes this 27” LG TV can do that. Connects very easily to wi-fi. I am no wiz and I could do it by myself.
