“This monitor seems to have some goofy power save feature I cannot disable....it is greyed out. I am using USB-C from my iMac for video. The screen seems to randomly dim itself fairly often. VERY annoying. My iMac screen does not do this.”

• I'm not responding to the answer, I'm just very disappointed that the ONLY options for communicating with LG to get this resolved are either: FACEBAG or TWITTER? I do not belong to either so... the question is: HOW CAN LG ASSIST ME IF I HAVE AN ISSUE?
