“This monitor seems to have some goofy power save feature I cannot disable....it is greyed out. I am using USB-C from my iMac for video. The screen seems to randomly dim itself fairly often. VERY annoying. My iMac screen does not do this.”

I do not belong to either so... the question is: HOW CAN LG ASSIST ME IF I HAVE AN ISSUE?
