“I cannot get these monitors to connect to my laptop. I have unplugged all cords and plugged them back in. Still no signal. I have even plugged in a display port to HMDI to my laptop and still nothing. 2 monitors I cannot get to connect.”

Hi, Mac adapter-- For Apple Macintosh use, a separate plug adapter is needed to change the 15 pin high density D-SUB VGA connector on the supplied cable to a 15 pin 2 row connector. There may be no video or audio output depending on the DP (DisplayPort) version of the PC. If you are using a Mini DisplayPort output graphics card, use a Mini DP to DP (Mini DisplayPort to DisplayPort) cable or gender that supports DisplayPort1.4. (sold separately).
