- Answer Hi, For Apple Macintosh use, a separate plug adapter is needed to change the 15 pin high density (3 row) D-SUB VGA connector on the supplied cable to a 15 pin 2 row connector. Here's the manual for the guide https://www.lg.com/us/support/product/lg-27MQ44B-B.AUS. ^Vanessa

- Answer Yes, you can adjust the stand height up to 19.4" or down to 16.2" by changing the stand settings in the back of the monitor . In addition you can tilt your screen to suite your preferences. ^Jennifer

QuestionCan the monitor spin around 180 degrees so someone across from it can see the screen? Basically, does it swivel on its stand horizontally at least 180 degrees?

The LG 27MQ44B-B monitor does not appear to have a stand that allows for horizontal swiveling. it is unlikely that the monitor can swivel on its stand horizontally for someone across from it to see the screen. QuestionCan you use the monitor in a Vertical position?

- Answer If you are just using what is included in the box: NO. The included stand does not get high to support the monitor vertically. If you are using a monitor mount/arm: YES. The monitor is Vesa mount compatible. It also comes with extra screws to do so.

- Answer As a second monitor? It should provided you have the right cable to connect the devices. I plug my Macbook into this monitor with an HDMI and USB C-to-Displayport cable with no issues. Just make sure the monitor's input is set to the correct port.

QuestionWhy is LG taking such terrible shortcuts such as making monitors with panel Bit Depth of only "6-Bit plus FRC" rather than "True 8-Bit"? Does LG realize this is the 21st century? Monitors made 15 years ago used "True 8-Bit" panels. LG means "Low Guality"

- Answer Yes it does. I just purchased this monitor and hooked it up to my computer using the VGA cord. Works great. It also has an HDMI port and an input button in the settings allowing you to connect and toggle between two different computers.
