• The instruction booklet indicates that the dryer (when installed in a garage) needs to be 18" above the floor, how does LG expect you to do that if you can't use a pedestal

• I am not sure if I have the same pedestal, but mine is attached to my wash machine. If it's a front load washer, i am quite sure it would have to be attached.
