QuestionMy washer/dryer are set in a recessed space (1.5 inches). Will I be able to open the pedestal drawers? Is the height adjustable (legs) and if so, how much adjustment is there? Or should I place a "base" under the pedestals?

- Answer You may need to place a base under the LG - Washer/Dryer Laundry Pedestal for Most LG Washers and Dryers - Graphite Steel, Model # WDP4V so that you have enough clearance to open the storage drawer. Regrettably, we are not quite clear on the measurement you gave. Is the 1.5" the height of a lip for the recessed space that you intend to install the pedestal in. How much space will you have between the pedestal and the lip that is 1.5" high? The legs on the pedestal, like those on your dryer or washing machine are designed to level such units and not to raise them up to any significant height. Raising the feet unnecessarily will cause the washer under which the pedestal is installed to vibrate and shake severely. The leveling legs should be lowered to their lowest height when you install the pedestal under the washer...^IFV

QuestionAre my WDP3W pedestals compatible with the WM3400CW washer and DLG3401W dryer? Thanks.

- Answer The compatible pedestal for this washer and dryer is WDP4W. WDP4W replaced the WDP3W pedestal but they are both designed for compatibility with 27" LG Front Load Washers and Dryers. The only difference between them will be the mounting bracket installation. The WDP4W uses the t-clip installation method. ^Daphane

QuestionWould this pedestal work with the LG DLE1101W dryer?I realize the pedestals are meant for the "front loading" pairs, but since the dryer is loaded from the front, I'd like to put it on a pedestal. Thank you.
