For what it's worth, I didn't actually install the clips that came with the pedestals. I know if the washer especially was shaking pretty good during a cycle, it theoretically *could* vibrate off the pedestal, but really, the washer is so heavy, I'm not concerned. Eventually I'll put them on, but I'm not stressed about it. That said, your pedestals should have come with the clips... I assume you're talking about the clips that just make sure the washer or dryer are solidly attached to the pedestal. If you're missing them for some reason, maybe LG can just send you some, or your local Best Buy may have some extras, maybe from a damaged return unit or something. Probably not, but can't hurt to ask.
