As a consumer who recently bought the complete 4 piece package, I would say "Yes they can" by lifting up each unit and placing them on the pedestal. The weight of each is described on the web site. I would recommend 2 people do it. I would also recommend that you treat it like an installation because connection hoses may need to be shut off and adjusted a bit longer, especially the dryer exhaust. It's always better to be safe than sorry. I you have the pedestals delivered, it comes with installation. I believe.
