“Can these pedestal bases be used with top load washers as well? We have a top load model WT7800CV, the dimensions match up. I know they are typically used for front load, but I don't see why they can't be used on top load as well if extra storage needed”

I do not think so. They had to use screws on the bottom to attach to our front load machine
