QuestionI purchased a washer/dryer combo and the matching base, however the holes do not line up properly. The washer/dryer is too high and it is sitting flat on the base. Is there a secret to getting them to fit. The legs have not been adjusted.

- Answer LG pedestal the width is 27 and depth 28 2/5 inches. It would work with your dryer, because the same width and depth. But your washer model WM2233HW/01 is little bigger in depth, which is 29 3/4 inches. I don't think your washer will fit.

- Answer This pedestal is for LG 27" wide washers/dryers. Check the dimensions on your model and see how wide it is. There is a different pedestal for wider machines, I think it's 29". The cords/hoses/connectors I think were a separate expense. Maybe 30.00 or so.

- Answer I am pretty sure that the companies make design modifications so that you have to buy new pedestals. Locking mechanisms may be different. I wouldn't risk having to call someone else out yet again because the pedestals don't work.
