“Can one run a vent up through the pedestal and connect to the bottom of the dryer?”

• No. The vent opening is able to be installed in two spots. On the side or back. The pedestal is metal with no openings for a vent.

• There are no holes in the pedestal for venting ducts and LG does not recommend modifying the pedestal.
