• Using LG remote go to settings (wheel symbol). There are many options on the left. Arrow down to ACCESSIBILITY and click OK. Arrow over To AUDIO GUIDANCE and click OK. Turn off by clicking OK again. Then back out of all screens by repeatedly clicking BACK

• To use/deactivate Audio Guidance Settings>Accessibility>Audio Guidance When the Audio Guidance is set to On, the TV will announce its current status (Channel, Volume) by voice. ^CP
