It isn’t a smart tv so you can’t download apps directly to the tv , I use a fire stick with mine, works great.

The LG 28 inch Class HD TV (27.5'' Diag), Model # 28LM400B-PU is not a Smart TV so it does not have internet access nor does it have any preinstalled apps nor the capability to add compatible apps. You need internet access to be able to stream from apps. The Spectrum app is not a compatible app for LG TVs and it is not available for download and installation on LG TVs that have an LG Content Store (App Store) feature that allows you to search for compatible apps that you can download and install on out TVs...^IFV
