“Since we have DirecTV, we had a tech come out and setup our TV, so now we use the DTV remote. My issue is that I can't turn off the voice assistant with the DTV remote. Is there a way?”

• You can still use the LG TV remote to turn off that annoying voice.

• There is an option in the menu setup to turn off voice assistant.
