On the bottom of the TV and legs each is marked with either an L or R. Check to make sure you have them in the right place- R with R- L with L. Do you have the TV on a flat surface? My TV does not lean forward.

When the stand legs are attached correctly, the LG 28 inch Class HD TV (27.5'' Diag), Model # 28LM400B-PU should have a very slight backward tilt and the legs should splay outwards towards each side edge of the TV. Check to make sure you have them attached correctly...^IFV
