That is right. Up and down and tilt only, and the bottom of the screen is three inches above the desk at the lowest and 7 inches at the highest. Great monitor for flight sims that you only have the graphic power to run at 60 FPS or less (what I mainly use it for)or any game that works well at 60 FPS or less. It is not overclockable to 75 Hz. It is G-Sync compatible and works great at any refresh rate between 30 and 60 FPS. It is sharp and the colors are great for gaming and more than acceptable for photo editing and non critical video editing. It is VESA compatible if you want to put it on a different monitor stand.

Yes, that is correct.  It can be raised & lowered and tilted.
