That will depend what connections you have for the GPU and if it can drive two monitors. The 34WL500-B cannot be daisy chained so if your GPU can drive 2 monitors, you need to have either 2 HDMI outputs to connect to 2 34WL500-B monitors since the monitor only has 2 x HDMI input ports for connectivity or see if there's an adapter that will allow you to connect two monitors to one PC.
