• Yes will work well with your LG TV. I have purchased 2 of these. Pleased with the product however I did have to update the firmware on both which did take a couple of minutes. You will know if you need an update if the unit drops the sound periodically. Sound bar is plenty loud it will fill the room with sound. Good buy if you can get for under $200.

• Yes, but only using optical. This device support 4K pass-through.

• I don't see why it wouldn't so long as you have available outputs to connect to the sound bar.
