Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi Darby. We regret to read about the issues you are experiencing with the LG - 4.1-Channel Hi-Res Soundbar System with Wireless Subwoofer and Digital Amplifier, Model # SJ4R cutting on and off intermittently. This may take some troubleshooting to determine what might be causing the interference. Bluetooth signals are prone to interference from other devices such as a wireless phone, your microwave oven or wireless router that are working at the same frequency as the Soundbar. Metallic objects or a coffee table with a metallic frame placed near the Soundbar can cause interference that causes audio drops. Make sure not to place any network devices (i.e. modem/router, access point) near the soundbar. As strange as it may sound, fluorescent lighting in your room could be a source of interference, many newer lights actually emit a signal in the 2.4GHz spectrum. This can cause issues with Wi-Fi as well as with Bluetooth connections. Direct Satellite Service (DSS), 2.4GHz and 5GHz phones, wireless speakers, external monitors, baby monitors, and really any wireless device that uses Bluetooth technology can also cause interference. Certain building materials like thick partially conductive ceramic or concrete can get in the way of Bluetooth signals...^IFV
