We have had our sound bar for a few weeks - and are still trying to figure it out!!!! The system does not like to switch from sources - e.g. computer, apple TV, TV... presently we have discovered that if you do not have sound - try clicking the F button on the right side of bar - looking at it - until the light is on in the far left position. That is how we are operating at present. (My son is a tech for our school district and is puzzled by how difficult it has been!.)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.there should be a receiver for the speaker. Wire the speakers to the receiver and plug it into wall. if that doesnt work you will have to go into sound set up in your tv and make sure it is set to optical.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If the speaker wires are connected correctly, this may be a problem with the TV's settings.

Check the input source and select the correct input source. 2. The mute function is activated. Press (Mute) or adjust the volume level to cancel the mute function. 3. When you are using connection with a external device (set top box, Bluetooth device etc.), adjust volume level of the device. 4. Connect the audio cables into the connection terminals correctly.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You have to follow the instruction display on the manuals. Manuals are located on the company's website now ,presuming it is to cut cost of printing manuals for products. Here is the link. https://www.lg.com/za/support/support-product/lg-SJ4R . If there is no sound check the connection and make sure it is properly connected, also make sure there is no interference with the audio wire/cable e.g another signal cable or wire, wireless router and /or any other electronic devices that can cause interference.
