First of all, I want to thanks everybody for your answers. Of course I just tried to make several combinations with the remote and the bar, alone and with both at the same time, but unfortunately for the moment without any successfull. Regarding the LG Technical Support, for the moment was not usefull but, now i am waiting for the price of the main ... is increidable, not? have to pay for something that worked only one hour. Thanks again everybody.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello. Yes that solid red light means the unit has power from the outlet. If you are hitting the power button on the sound bar remote and nothing happens, try the TV remote. Not to be obvious but always try the cheapest solution first. If your TV remote works for the TV (assuming it is an LG TV) but not the sound bar also does not work, then first check the sound bar remote batteries. Then try unplugging the unit and plugging it back in. Did you also try the power switch button on the back of the sound bar itself? If you tried all this with no improvements, then the unit itself is bad. The main power button will be the determining factor. Good luck
