Try this.... Clean the floors very good and then wipe the floor with alcohol.. also wipe the 4 machine rubber legs with alcohol and make sure they are level ( hard to tell because machine is heavy but try ur best ) we also got bumpers.... swimming pool spaghetti.. cut them in 2 feet in size and place them on the size of the machine and back if you have too... we couldn't find them black color so we paint them.. last one... play with the amount of cloths you are adding to the machine.. we were adding way too much heavy cloths thinking this machine can wash the whole house in one load ( just kidding ) we starting reducing until we felt it was good. i just added 2 pictures....ours are now solid. good luck
