QuestionMy condo laundry closet space, entrance width is 28" (maybe slightly less than 28") and height is 80". But once you pass the entrance, inside of closet has 33.5" width and 95" height. My concern is would this unit will pass the entrance?

- Answer The appliance can be disassemble in order to move, but I don't see that helping because the depth (30-38") is greater than the 27" width. ^Daphane

Questiondoes the gas dryer need a 120 volt receptacle for ignition?

- Answer The gas dryer does NOT need a 240 cord. It has its own 120 cord to power the motor and the electronics. Very little load. So, yes, 120v outlet for dryer plus 120v outlet for washer.

- Answer Yes, the washer and dryer can be operated at the same time. There is a gas dryer version which can be converted to LP. A bit below the price there is a "Dryer Heating Source" drop down where you can choose "gas".

QuestionWash tower questions: Does washer have soak cycle? Can I interrupt a wash cycle and go to spin/drain? My almost dead Bosch has a hand wash that I really like. Can I stop (interrupt) and add an item to washer? Dryer is there an air only cycle- no heat?

- Answer 1. There is no soak cycle, but you can Pause during the wash phase and restart later (from the LG app, ThinQ on your phone, if you want). It does have a Pre-Wash option. 2. Yes, you can stop any cycle and use the Rinse+Spin cycle or use the Spin speed control to activate Drain & Spin only. 3. It has a Delicates cycle. 4. You can use Pause to add items. 5.. Yes, no heat drying is available.

- Answer You will need two outlets for the wash tower. The Dryer has to be plugged into the 240 V outlet but the washer has to be plugged into a 120 V, 60Hz grounded outlet. The washer comes with a power cord attached, but the dryer does not. The power cord for the dryer has to be purchased separately. The washer power cord is 6 feet. ^Daphane
