- Answer You will need two outlets for the ENERGY STAR® Qualified LG 4.5 Cu.Ft. 6-Cycle Front-Load Washer and 7.4 Cu.Ft. 6-Cycle Electric Dryer WashTower™ with Steam - Black Steel, Model # WKEX200HBA. The Dryer has to be plugged into the 240 V outlet but the washer has to be plugged into a 120 V, 60Hz grounded outlet. The washer comes with a power cord attached, but the dryer does not. The power cord for the dryer has to be purchased separately. The washer power cord is 6 feet. ^Daphane

- Answer For me my steam setting is pre set in quick setting, if you hold the steam button for about 3-4 sec it should turn off and your setting might change to a setting that doesn't use steam

QuestionCan the dryer part of the unit be separated from the washer part?

- Answer It can be disassembled for the purpose of moving/installing, but will not operate until it is re-assembled. See page 29 of the Installation Manual.
