QuestionMy current one piece stackable unit has a drain tray underneath it, do I have to remove the drain tray to install this unit or can it stay ?

- Answer There is enough clearance for the unit to set on your current tray, if not you should be able to raise your unit by the turning the feet to the height needed, just be sure it's level. I put a 5ft level on top from front to back and left to tight then from back left corner to right front corner to check if level

QuestionAny issues with the graphite finish peeling? My LG refrigerator finish is peeling which makes me hesitant to go with the graphite. Thank you.

- Answer YES.... graphite steel. Finish and paint are bubbling and peeling directly under the detergent dispenser drawer. But thats ok, LG told me told me that even tho some have reported it, there is no service bulletin for it and therefore, if it happens after 1 yr, you have to live with it! Purchased in Oct 2022. HOW CAN LG design a product coating that peels when exposed to moisture and chemicals in the exact area where those things are SUPPOSED to be present. The smaller spot on the right is rusting. I never even use bleach! Oxiwash in the drum only!

QuestionI just received my delivery and read the entire washer manual, once the cycle starts an IE letter shows up and the cycle never completes. leaving clothes soaked. It should not be this complicated to add more details to the manual as to what to do.
