“Does this washer have to be connected to water? If that makes sense. My mom heard about some washers that don’t require being connected to water and wash using steam/electricity. If this isn’t the case would someone know of one that wouldn’t require it.”

Yes, this washer needs to be connected to a water supply. All of our washers require a water supply. Some have a steam feature that require a tap cold water supply or have a cup be filled with water for steam. ^Daphane
