The unit is 74-3/8". To ensure sufficient clearance for water inlet hoses, drain hose and airflow, allow minimum clearances of at least 1'' (2.5 cm) at the sides and 4'' (10 cm) behind the appliance. Be sure to allow for wall, door, or floor moldings that may increase the required clearances ^Daphane

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This set it 74" tall x 27" wide x 36" deep. I already added the extra to the depth to account for the hookups needed. You'll also need a 110v connection for the washer part and a separate 220V connection for the dryer. Plus the normal water in/out and dryer connections.
